About the Transition Fair

The Transition Fair is designed to help students with disabilities and their families prepare for life after high school. Whether a student's next step is college, employment, vocational training, adult services, independent living, or community programs, this event brings together organizations that can help families navigate the transition into adulthood.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with colleges, employers, community agencies, adult service providers, and transition specialists, while also learning about available resources, benefits, and planning for the future. Short educational sessions will also be offered throughout the evening to help families better understand the transition process.

This event is free to attend, and all students, families, educators, and professionals interested in transition planning are welcome.
