Brianne McClellan
Executive Director and Co-Founder
Brianne co-founded the Disability Resource Fair of NWPA with a vision to bring individuals, families, and caregivers together with the resources they need—all in one place. What began as a single-day event has quickly grown into a larger initiative focused on connection, accessibility, and community impact across Northwest Pennsylvania.With a strong focus on collaboration and community engagement, Brianne leads the organization’s growth, partnerships, and long-term vision. She is passionate about building something that not only supports families today, but continues to expand opportunities, awareness, and access to resources for years to come.Kieran Dhillon
Director of Operations and Co-Founder
Kieran co-founded the Disability Resource Fair of NWPA with a deeply personal commitment to improving access to resources for families navigating complex systems of support. As a mother of two children with autism, her lived experience brings invaluable insight and purpose to the organization’s mission.
She leads operational strategy and plays a central role in shaping the overall experience for families, vendors, and community partners. Kieran is passionate about creating a space where families feel supported, informed, and empowered—and about building an organization that continues to grow and meet the evolving needs of the community.
Eric McLaughlin
Director of Advocacy
Executive Director, The Arc Erie County
Eric brings extensive experience in advocacy and community leadership through his work supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. He helps guide the organization’s advocacy efforts and ensures the voices and needs of the community remain at the center of everything we do.
Isaac Barringer
Chief Financial Officer
Isaac brings professional expertise as an accountant and provides financial leadership and oversight for the organization. He supports budgeting, planning, and long-term sustainability to ensure the continued growth of the fair and its impact across the region.
Hayley Goodlin
Director of Education and Volunteer Engagement
Hayley is a teacher in autistic support and is actively involved in the local community. She plays a vital role in shaping the educational and volunteer experience of the fair, helping coordinate speakers and resources while leading volunteer engagement. Her passion for supporting individuals and families, both in and out of the classroom, helps bring the mission of the organization to life.
