The Disability Resource Fair of NWPA brings individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, service providers, and community organizations together under one roof to connect with resources, services, education, and support.

Sponsorship Levels

Presenting Sponsor — $10,000

Premier event recognition, including top logo placement on the website, major event signage and promotional materials, social media recognition, complimentary vendor booth (first priority for placement), complimentary electrical hookup, event-day acknowledgments, and prominent recognition as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2027 Disability Resource Fair of NWPA.

Your sponsorship includes one complimentary vendor booth and electrical hookup. All exhibiting sponsors must complete vendor registration and submit required documentation.

Platinum Sponsor — $5,000

Prominent logo placement on the website, event signage and promotional materials, social media recognition, complimentary vendor booth (second priority for placement), complimentary electrical hookup, and event-day recognition.

Your sponsorship includes one complimentary vendor booth and electrical hookup. Please contact us at disabilityresourcefairnwpa@gmail.com before registering to receive your complimentary booth registration code. All exhibiting sponsors must complete vendor registration and submit required documentation.

Gold Sponsor — $2,500

Prominent logo placement on the website, event signage and promotional materials, social media recognition, complimentary vendor booth (third priority for placement), and event-day acknowledgments.

Your sponsorship includes one complimentary vendor booth. Please contact us at disabilityresourcefairnwpa@gmail.com before registering to receive your complimentary booth registration code. All exhibiting sponsors must complete vendor registration and submit required documentation. Electrical access is available for an additional $50.

Silver Sponsor — $1,000

Logo recognition on the website and event signage, social media acknowledgment, and event-day recognition. Vendor booth space is not included and must be purchased separately if the organization wishes to exhibit.

Supporter — $500

Name or logo recognition on the event website and sponsor recognition materials. Vendor booth space is not included and must be purchased separately if the organization wishes to exhibit.

Vendor Space & Electrical Access:

Complimentary vendor booth space is included with Presenting, Platinum, and Gold sponsorships. Silver and Supporter sponsorships do not include vendor booth space. Organizations at these levels wishing to exhibit must register separately and purchase a vendor booth for $150. Electrical access is included with Presenting and Platinum sponsorships. For all other levels, electrical access is available for an additional $50, subject to availability.

Booth Placement:

Vendor booth assignments are determined by event organizers based on sponsorship level, availability, and event layout. Placement priority is given to Presenting Sponsors first, followed by Platinum and Gold Sponsors. Specific booth locations, including corner and premium spaces, are not guaranteed.
