We're currently accepting donations of gently used adaptive equipment and disability-related items. While donations will also be accepted on the day of the event, we strongly encourage donations before October 11 so our volunteers can organize and display items before families arrive.

Examples of items we're collecting include:

• Wheelchairs, walkers, gait trainers, and standers

• Adaptive strollers and mobility equipment

• Bathing, toileting, and feeding equipment

• Positioning chairs and seating systems (including Rifton equipment)

• Communication devices and AAC equipment

• Adaptive bicycles and recreational equipment

• Orthotics, braces, and medical supports

• Sensory toys and sensory equipment

• Adaptive clothing and Billy Footwear

• Safety equipment, beds, ramps, lifts, and more

The NWPA Adaptive Equipment Exchange is designed to help as many families as possible find the equipment they need in a safe, organized, and fair environment.

Before You Enter:

• Check in at the registration table.

• Review and sign the event waiver.

• Volunteers will be available to answer questions and help direct you.

Shopping the Exchange:

• Admission is free.

• The event is first come, first served—items cannot be reserved or held before the event.

• To ensure everyone has a chance to benefit, limits will be placed on certain items, especially larger or high-demand equipment.

• Volunteers can help explain equipment, but families are responsible for determining whether an item meets their needs.

Crowd Management:

Depending on attendance, we may limit the number of people inside the barn at one time (approximately 10 families) to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience. If a wait is necessary, families will be admitted as space becomes available.

This is a community equipment exchange—not a free-for-all. Our goal is to distribute donated equipment as fairly as possible so that as many families as possible can benefit from the generosity of our community.
