2027 Vendor Registration

Standard 8’x8’ Booth — $150

Connect with individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, educators, and professionals from across Northwestern Pennsylvania. Vendor booths are located in the Great Hall and grouped by service category to make the fair easy for attendees to navigate.

Vendor registration requires a completed registration form, a current Certificate of Insurance, and acknowledgment of the 2027 Vendor Agreement. After submitting your registration, you will be directed to payment. Your booth is confirmed once payment is received, subject to review and approval of your insurance documentation.

Insurance Required

All vendors must carry commercial general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate and provide a current Certificate of Insurance naming Disability Resource Fair of NWPA as an Additional Insured.
